UNITY OF GAINESVILLE PRESENTS WORKSHOP ON RELATIONSHIP BUILDING
Gainesville, FL. --- Area residents are invited to attend a comprehensive, six-week workshop at Unity of Gainesville on how to improve relationships with others. Held on Tuesday mornings from 10:30 AM-12:00 PM, May 16 to June 20, 2023, the workshops will focus on developing effective tools for expressing opinions, needs, wants and emotions to family members, doctors, neighbors, sales people, different generations, etc. Through practice of the skills demonstrated in class--meditation, prayer, journaling and sharing-- participants will be able to more effectively manage relationships in their lives. Conducted by Dr. Christina Gilman, the workshop can be attended all six weeks for $60 or individually for $12 per session. Dr. Gilman is an ordained Harmony of Life Fellowship minister and has worked as a psychotherapist and college instructor.
